Improve putting with the AST golf putting tips and golf putting drills
Now when making our full swing as we take the club back we get the clubhead moving to the toe line the right arm begins to fold into the body. We are trying to keep the right elbow pointed to our right hip. As we wind to the top there may be some separation between the right arm and the body. Now as we reverse the sequencing coming back to the ball we first feel the weight transfer to the left heel as we close the gap if we have some between our right bicep and body, the right elbow pointed to our right hip the triangle formed by our shoulders. Left arm and right forearm with the hands acting as a hinge dropping, butt of club pointed at target line then we are back at the toe line with the hands with the clubhead lagging. Left side rotating coming back to address position or primary plane. the triangle is intact. Shoulders left arm and right forearm as we are firing the right side to the target. What I have found is that when I am putting if I can keep the triangle the same as in a full swing, so that my left side is leading my right forearm and the palm of my right hand matches the putter face it is so much easier to repeat the stroke and hit it square every time. Try it, maintain your spine angle and triangle for success in golf. If you practice this with your normal golf putting drills you should be able to improve putting. The AST has a putting attachment that actually forces you to keep your triangle as you go through your golf putting drills. You will beable to sink more putts and lower your score dramatically.
